In May 2011 The Italian-American Chamber of Commerce West, choose to give Trattoria Pinocchio the Q award. The Q award stands for Ospitalita Italiana (quality approved). This award was reviewed in a long process by several agencies in Italy who had received all the necessary criteria for approval. The Q plaque is now proudly displayed at Trattoria Pinocchio.

Open seven days a week, Pinocchio serves brunch, lunch and dinner daily, with several different specials to choose from, in addition to the regular menu. Trattoria Pinocchio also offers a full bar with signature cocktails and specialty coffee drinks. The wine list's focuses mainly on a variety of California's best selection of wines from Sonoma and Napa Valley, as well as an assortment of regional flavorful Italian wines. The collection of wines also include wines by the glass and half bottles.
